摘　　要：目的　对经导管动脉栓塞治疗 (TAE)子宫肌瘤患者 57例进行分析 ,总结临床资料。方法　采用Seldinger′s插管方法作超选择子宫动脉栓塞 ,观察临床效果 ,分析对月经周期、卵巢功能的影响以及最佳手术时间的选择。结果　治疗后月经量明显减少 48例 ,对月经周期和卵巢功能无不良影响。结论　TAE治疗子宫肌瘤是一种有效的治疗方法 ,它创伤小 ,痛苦少 ,手术应在月经前半期且经净后进行。为减少并发症的发生 。Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical data of transcatheter arterial embolization(TAE) on 57 uterine leiomyoma cases.Methods 57 patients underwent superselective transcatheter arterial embolization with use of Seldinger′s technique,and the clinical improvement was assessed.The influence on menstrual cycle and ovarian function was observed.How to choose the best operation time was also assessed.Results 48 cases had significantly decreased in menstrual bleeding after TAE.TAE had no harmful influence on menstrual cycle and ovarian function.The operation should be performed just after menstruation.Conclusion TAE is an effective way in treating uterine leiomyomea with little trauma and pain.In order to reduce the risk of complications,the patients should be observed intensively.
