硅油填充术后高眼压39例临床分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨硅油填充术后高眼压的原因、临床表现及处理措施。方法 :回顾分析 2 0 8例、2 13眼于硅油填充术后继发高眼压 39眼的临床资料。结果 :术后随访 2周～ 4月 ,继发高眼压 39眼中 ,19眼为激素性 (48.7% ) ,7眼为炎性反应 (17.9% ) ,5眼为周切口闭锁 (12 .8% ) ,4眼为新生血管 (10 .3% ) ,2眼为体位不当 (5 .1% ) ,1眼为硅油乳化 (2 .6 % )。结论 :继发高眼压为硅油填充术后常见并发症 ,以激素性和炎性反应原因为主。及时的对症处理 。Objective:To analyse the cause,clinical manifestation and treament method of high ocular pressure after silicon oil filling. Method:39 eyes with secondary high ocular pressure in 208 cases(213 eyes)after silicon oil filling were retrospectively analysed.Result:The high ocular pressure occurred 2 weeks to 14 months after operation.19 eyes were due to steroid(48.7%),7 eyes were due to inflammation(17.9%),5 eyes were due to the close of the peripheral iridectomy(12.8%),4 eyes were due to neovascularization(10.3%),2 eyes were due to wrong posture(5.1%),1 eye was due to silicon oil emulsion. Conclusion:Secondary high ocular pressure is a common complication after silicon oil filling.It is dominated by steroid and inflammation.Ontime treatment can prevent the further damage of the visual function.
