羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术并发症分析

摘　　要：目的 :分析羟基磷灰石 (HA)义眼座植入后并发症的发生原因及防治措施。方法 :采用异体巩膜包裹HA义眼座进行Ⅰ期眶内植入术 2 8例 ,Ⅱ期植入术 2 3例 ,随访 3～ 30月 ,观察主要并发症并予以相应处理。结果 :主要并发症中 ,HA义眼座暴露 6例 (11.76 % ) ;上睑窝凹陷 9例 (11.6 5 % ) ;睑下垂 4例 (7.84 % ) ;下睑松弛 5例 (9.80 % ) ;穹窿变浅 7例 (13.73% )。结论Objective:To amalgze the complications of porous hydroxyapatite (HA) orbital implant and the management measures. Method:Twenty-eight cases were implanted HA wrapped in homolgous or autologous scleral after primary enucleation or evisceration.Twenty-three cases were performed secondary procedure.Complications were detected and treated during follow-up of 3 to 30 months.Result:In the fifty-one cases ,six cases had implant exposure(11.7%),nine cases had enophthalmos(11.65%),four cases had ptosis(7.84%),five cases had lid laxity(9.80%),seven cases had fornix insufficiency(13.73%). Conclusion:The major complications can be avoided and managed.
