声学造影法超声显象诊断大肠内外肿物的研究

摘　　要：本研究利用向大肠内灌注声学造影剂,使肠腔与肠壁、肠壁外组织间形成良好声学界面。52例临床疑为腹部肿物的患者进行了大肠声学造影法超声显象,并与常规超声显象、x线钡剂灌肠造影及手术病理进行了对照。结果:1)大肠内外肿物定位及物理定性诊断率均为100％;2)中晚期大肠癌组织学定性诊断率95％。本文探讨了声学造影法超声显象诊断大肠内外肿物的临床价值,指出声学造影法超声显象对诊断大肠内外肿物提供了一种新的检查方法,具有其它检查方法不具备的优越性。52 cases suspected to have large bowel lesion studied with ultrasonography by a contrast medium composed of 20g of cuttlebone and 1500-2000ml normal saline used for enema examination of the patients. This method of examination has been found to be valuable to differentiate lesions whether within or outside the large instestine by way of acoustic interface effect. Location of the mass in accord with the bowel segment may be also recognized. Accurate diagnostic rate of the abdominal mass within or outside the large intestine was 100%, except 95% for the rather advanced cases.
