摘　　要：讨论了资源、环境、生态 3者之间在可持续发展中的地位和关系 ,强调在资源的综合利用中要重点考虑环境的承载力以及生态系统的自净力。分析了攀西钒钛资源综合利用的历史与现状以及存在的问题 ,提出应以可持续发展观指导攀西钒钛资源的综合利用 ,并据此给出了相应的建议。The position and relationship between resource,environment and ecology in the sustainable developoment are discussed.It is emphasized that the environment's bearing capacity and the ecosystem's self purifying ability in the comprehensive utilization of resource should be taken into account.The history,actualities and existing problems in the comprehensive utilization of the vanadium and titanium in Panxi region are analysed and it is pointed out that the comprehensive utilization work should be guided by the sustainable development ideology and the corresponding suggestions are made.
