摘　　要：目的　研究肝癌相关性抗原HAb18G在肝癌组织中表达的意义及功能。方法　用免疫组化及核酸原位杂交的方法对4 0例肝癌组织和 10例正常肝组织中HAb18GmRNA水平及蛋白水平的表达进行检测。结果　肝癌组织中HAb18GmRNA及蛋白的阳性表达 ,其表达量随其分化降低而增加 ,在正常肝组织未见表达。结论　HAb18G的表达与肝癌细胞的分化有关。Objective To study the expression of human hepatoma associated antigen HAb18G and to investigate its significance in hepatoma. Methods Immunohistochemical and in situ hybridization methods were used to detect the expression of HAb18G mRNA and its proteins in samples of hepatoma and normal tissues. Results Positive expression rates of HAb18G in both mRNA and protein levels in hepatoma were significantly higher than that in normal control. It was correlated with degree of differentiation. Conclusion HAb18G was correlated with the hepatoma. The results demonstrate that HAb18G may be an useful marker for detecting hepatoma and may play an important role in the metastasis of HCC
