摘 要:目的 :观察葡萄 (Vitisvinifera)籽原花青素的抗诱变作用。方法 :以SalmonellatyphimuriumTA97、TA98、TA10 0 、TA10 2作为标准试验菌株进行Ames试验。结果 :在不加S9条件下 ,原花青素能显著抑制Dexon诱发的TA97、TA98回复突变 ,叠氮钠诱发的TA10 0 回复突变 ,丝裂霉素C诱发的TA10 2 回复突变 ;在不加S9条件下 ,原花青素能显著抑制 2 氨基芴诱发的TA97、TA98及TA10 0 回复突变 ,而对 1,8 二羟基蒽醌诱发的TA10 2 回复突变抑制作用较强。结论Purpose: Antimutagenic effect of procyanidins from Vitis vinifera seed was studied. Methods: A series of histidine requiring strains TA\-\{97\}, TA\-\{98\}, TA\-\{100\} and TA\-\{102\} were used for antimutagenicity test. Several mutagenic agents such as Sodium Azide(NaN\-3), Mitomycine C(MMC), Dexon, 2 AF, 1,8 Dihydroxyanthrachinon were used to make mutagenic model and antimutagenic effects of procyanidins were observed. Every tester strain was divided into model group, spontaneous mutation group and drug groups. Results: The results showed that procyanidins inhibited mutagenic effects induced by the most of the model agents, but little inhibitory effect was observed on TA\-\{102\} reverse mutation induced by 1,8 Dihydroxyanthrachinon(+S\-9). Conclusion: Antimutagenesis is one of mechanism chemoprevention of cancer of procyanidins.
