西吡氯铵漱口液对牙龈炎、牙周炎疗效的临床评价

摘　　要：目的 :评价 1g/L西吡氯铵 (CPC)漱口液对牙龈炎、牙周炎的疗效 ,以及对口腔环境的清洁作用。方法 :受试者除保持原有口腔卫生习惯外 ,每天两次使用漱口水 ,每次含漱 6 0s,为期 4周。在实验前、后观察临床指标和实验室指标。结果 :1g/LCPC漱口后 ,临床观察指标、菌斑生成指数均明显低于阴性对照组。结论 :受试者在保持正常的口腔护理习惯下 ,每日两次使用 1g/LCPC漱口液能降低各类口腔卫生指数 ,减轻牙龈炎、牙周炎症状。AIM: To investigate the effect of a 1 g/L cetylpyridinium chloride (CPC) gargle on the amount of plaque and the severity of gingivitis and periodontitis. METHODS: Subjects were assessed at the beginning and end of a four-week period during which they gargled with 10 mL of CPC for 60 s twice daily in addition to their usual oral hygiene procedures. Subjects were observed in plaque index and so on before and after investigation. RESULTS: The use of a 1 g/L CPC gargle was associated with a significant reduction in both indices and clinical results of gingivitis and periodontitis. CONCLUSION: Use of a 1 g/L CPC gargle twice daily reduces both the amount of plaque and severity of gingivitis and periodontitis in subjects in addition to their normal oral hygiene procedures.
