摘　　要：目的 :探讨 P5 3蛋白和增殖细胞核抗原 ( PCNA)在口腔粘膜扁平苔癣 ( OLP)中的表达情况。方法 :采用免疫组织化学方法检测 P5 3蛋白及 PCNA在 OLP和口腔鳞癌 ( OSCC)中的表达情况。结果 :P5 3蛋白和 PCNA在正常口腔粘膜及糜烂型 OLP中表达阴性 ;在糜烂型 OLP和 OSCC中表达阳性。结论 :糜烂型 OLP的 P5 3蛋白和 PCNA的表达高于非糜烂型 OLP。Objective: To explory the expression of P53 protein and prolifferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) of in oral lichen planus (OLP), and try to explain pathogenesis of precancerous lesion and provide diagnotic quideline for monitoring potential carcinogenesis.Methods:Expression of P53 protein and prolifferating cell nuclear antigen were meassured in oral lichen planus and oral squamous cell carcinomas(OSCC) by immunohistochemical method.Results:P53 expression was negative in normal oral mucous memberane and OLP of non erosion style wnereas positive in OLP of erosion style furtheremore strongly positive in OSCC Positive cell was colored in cell nuclear. Conclusion: Expression of P53 protein and PCNA were significant higher in OLP of erosion style than that in non erosion style and cell poliferating showed more activity in OLP of erosion style than that of non erosion style, thus, it implies that erosion OLP is a important risk factor indicating development potential of carcinogenesis.
