摘  要:本研究通过对实验性氟中毒小白鼠长管状骨表面结构的扫描电镜观察发现骨表面不光滑、骨陷窝大小、深浅不一致,波状骨形成的特征是骨生长不均衡的证据,骨陷窝壁胶原纤维暴露、排列紊乱是类骨质形成增多、矿化不良的证据。An organic preparation of the femoral diaphysis of mouse fed on 200 ppm flu-oride in the drinking water for 12 weeks were examined with scanning electronmicroscope in comparison with the similar preparation of the control,untreatedmouse.In fluoride treated mice,the surface feature of the periosteum was in cha-racteristic of woven formation。Numerous osteocyte lacunae burted at variousdepth were evident and lacunar walls were uneven,the collagen fibers on the la-cunar walls were in disorder in all directions.
