摘　　要：目的　寻求理想的方法修复下唇缺损再造红唇。方法　应用改进的鼻唇沟复合皮瓣———携带加宽的颊粘膜瓣修复下唇缺损同时再造红唇。结果　我们应用这种新技术对 5例下唇鳞癌切除后超过 1/ 2以上全层下唇的大块缺损 ,作了修复红唇再造。所有病例均获手术成功 ,无并发症 ,外形和功能满意。结论　此种复合瓣具有良好血运 ,带有感觉 ;颜色、质地较匹配、手术简便、安全可靠 。Objective To seek an ideal method for reconstruction lower lip and vermilion. Methods A modified nasolabial all layers flap with broadened buccal mucosal flap was designed and used in reconstruction of lower lip and vermilion. Results 5 patients with a squamous cell carcinoma occupied in beyond half of lower lip were successfully treated with this method since 1995.There was no any complication in all the patients. After operation all patients obtained satisfactory facial appearance and oral function. Conclusion The flap with excellent blood supply has a good colour, sensitive and texture match.This technique is an ideal lower lip and vermilion constructive method. The operative design and procedure are easy, safe and reliable.
