摘　　要：目的 :探讨肾癌患者的外周血 T淋巴细胞核仁形成区嗜银蛋白 (Ag- NORs)的表达特点及其免疫学诊断意义。 方法 :应用细胞培养银染及 KL型肿瘤免疫计算机图像分析系统 ,分析 30例肾癌患者及 30例门诊健康志愿者外周血的 Ag-NORs的含量 ,以细胞核仁银染面积与细胞核面积比值 (I.S% )作为评估指标作比较。结果 :肾癌患者组 Ag- NORs的 I.S%值为 (5 .2 6± 0 .71) ,明显低于正常人的 (7.34± 0 .4 7) ,两者差异显著 (P<0 .0 1)。治疗后肾癌患者 I.S%值明显升高 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :外周血 T淋巴细胞 Ag- NORs可望成为肾癌免疫学诊断及预后评估的一项参考指标。Objective:To compare argyrophilic nucleolar orgnizer regions proteins(Ag NORs) contents in peripheral blood T lymphocytes(PBL) from patients with renal cell carcinoma and healthy adults, and to evaluate the possibility of using Ag NORs as an immunologic indicator for diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma. Methods:Ag NORs in PBL was detected by a KL image system in 30 patients with renal cell carcinoma and 30 healthy adults. Results:The average I.S% value from 30 cases with renal cell carcinoma was 5.26±0.71, which was lower than the value of the control group(7.34±0.47),the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant( P <0.01).Conclusion:The Ag NORs of T lymphocytes can serve as a new immunologic diagnostic marker for renal cell carcinoma.
