摘　　要：目的　探讨TIMP 1、CDw75在胃癌组织中的表达及其与胃癌浸润、转移和临床分期的关系。方法　用免疫组化法检测TIMP 1、CDw75抗原在 5 4例胃癌组织及其相应正常胃粘膜中的表达。结果　胃癌组织中TIMP 1、CDw75抗原的表达均显著高于相应的正常胃粘膜组织 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且TIMP 1表达与肿瘤浸润深度 (χ2 =13.4 10 ,P <0 .0 5 )、胃癌TNM分期 (χ2 =30 .0 0 0 ,P <0 .0 1)显著相关。CDw75抗原表达与肿瘤浸润深度 (χ2 =9.314 ,P <0 .0 5 )、临床TNM分期 (χ2 =10 .0 2 9,P <0 .0 5 )及淋巴结转移 (χ2 =9.6 10 ,P <0 .0 1)显著相关。结论　胃癌组织中TIMP 1、CDw75的表达能较好的反映肿瘤的生物学进展 ,联合检测TIMP 1、CDw75可以帮助判断肿瘤的浸润。Objective To study the overexpression of TIMP\|1 and CDw75 in gastric carcinoma and the relationship between its expression and the infiltration and the stage of the cancer.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of TIMP\|1 and CDw75 in 54 cases of gastric carcinoma and normal gastric mucosa. Results The expression levels of TIMP\|1 and CDw75 in tumor tissue were significantly higher than that in corresponding normal mucosa ( P <0.05), and TIMP\|1 expression was correlated with invasive depth( χ 2 =13.410, P <0.05)and TNM stage( χ 2 =30.000, P <0.01).The expression of CDw75 antigen was also correlated with invasive depth( χ 2 =9.314, P <0.05),TNM stage( χ 2 =10.029, P <0.05)and lymph node metastasis( χ 2 =9.610, P <0.01). Conclusion These findings suggest that the expression of TIMP\|1 and CDw75 in tumor tissue are good indicators of progression of gastric carcinoma , and the detecting of them simultaneously can help to determine the biological aggressiveness of tumor and the prognosis of patients with gastric carcinoma.
