摘　　要：目的　减少胃大部切除术后并发症。方法　对 175例残胃粘膜进行胃镜检测及病理分析。结果　吻合口炎 14 3例、胆汁返流 12 5例、吻合口溃疡 4 3例、残胃癌 13例。结论　严格掌握胃切除适应证 ,选择好术式。Objective To reduce complications of gastrectomy.Methods Endoscopy and pathological detection were used in the analysis of 175 stump gastric mucosa.Results Anastomatic inflammation was found in 143 cases,bile reflux 125 cases,anastomotic ulcer 43 cases,gastric stump carcinoma in 13 cases.Conclusion The indication of gastrectomy should be considered seriously,and the proper operation selected in order to reduce complications.
