摘 要:在对湿式多盘制动器结构及工作原理进行介绍的基础上,分析了制动器的生热散热机理。以防爆胶轮车下坡持续制动为研究工况,根据生热散热机理,推导出了制动器的温升数学模型,通过实例计算分析了制动器的温升特性,并指出了利用数学模型估算制动器温升时要注意的问题。结果表明,温升数学模型能够粗略预测制动器的温升情况。Based on introducing the structure and operational principle of wet multiple-disc brakes, the mechanism of producing and giving out heat for wet multiple-disc brakes was analyzed. Taking continuous brake as the research object and according to the mechanism of producing and giving out heat, the mathematical model of temperature rise for the brake was deduced. The temperature rise characteristic of the brake was analyzed by case study. And some problems were pointed out when the temperature rise for the brake was estimated by the mathematical model. The results showed that the mathematical model of temperature rise could approximately calculate the temperature rise of the brake.
