摘 要:针对矿用三相异步电机节能问题,提出基于粒子群算法的变磁通控制方案。建立三相异步电机能量损耗模型,利用粒子群方法优化调节磁通,减小驱动电机在轻载阶段的无功损耗,实现提升系统能效优化。引入模糊预补偿方法,修正由于磁通降低带来的电机转速波动问题。试验结果表明,所提方案有效降低了驱动电机的无功损耗,同时保证了电机转速的平稳输出。Aiming at energy saving of three-phase asynchronous motors for mine hoist, variable flux control scheme was proposed based on Particle swarm optimization (PSO). To reduce the reactive power loss at light loads, motor loss model was derived to optimize air gap flux using PSO. Fuzzy precompensated proportional Integral controller was adopted to increase the stability of the motor drive during variable speed due to the changes in flux. Experimental results show that motor's power loss for mine hoist will be reduced and the stability of motor speed be improved by the proposed scheme.
