摘　　要：中国已进入风险社会的发展阶段,食品安全网络舆情是政府风险管理所面临的重大挑战。在文献回顾的基础上,探讨食品安全网络舆情从微观个体到宏观整体的演变机理,并从中探寻舆情的关键控制点;在此基础上提出了食品安全网络舆情风险的引导与控制策略。China has already entered the development phase of risk society. Public opinion of food safety network is a major challenge for risk management of the government. Based on literature review, the evolution of public opinion of food safety network from the individual to the overall was discussed. Critical control points of public opinion were achieved. The public opinion guidance and control strategy of food safety network were put forward.
