摘　　要：介绍了PCS7系统的软硬件构成,以及作为国家科技支撑计划项目"糖厂热能集中优化及控制系统"的平台,在糖厂锅炉、汽机、压榨、蒸发、煮糖工段全厂数据采集系统中的应用。系统的主要任务是设计一套能够同糖厂各个工段现有自动控制系统通讯的数据采集系统,采用OPC、服务器技术实现全厂集中监控,着重研究PCS7同现有自动控制系统通讯的方法,并对开发过程遇到的难题及解决办法进行了讨论。Aiming at the boiler, turbine, evaporation and crystallization section in sugar mill, this paper introduces the hardware and software structure of the data acquisition system. The major mission of this system is to design a data acquisition system that could communicate with the existing automatic control systems. Based on OPC and Server technology, the system achieves central monitoring, and it plays as the platform of the National Sci-Tech Support Plan “Heat Central Optimization and Control System”. This paper focuses on studying of the solution of communication, and the problems lie in the development process are discussed.
