人工肝治疗肝功能衰竭患者颈内静脉置管的护理

摘　　要：目的探讨人工肝治疗肝功能衰竭患者颈内静脉置管的护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2010年5月至2012年12月在解放军302医院行人工肝颈内静脉置管治疗的55例肝功能衰竭患者的临床资料。结果 55例肝功能衰竭患者均顺利完成颈内静脉置管手术,其中有4例肝功能衰竭患者插管处出现渗血;1例患者穿刺后出现皮下气肿,经局部压迫等对症处理后渗血停止,皮下气肿逐步消失。所有静脉置管拔管后导管头部细菌培养5d,结果均为阴性。结论对颈内静脉置管治疗肝功能衰竭患者进行针对性护理,可有效帮助肝功能衰竭患者安全度过人工肝治疗期,减少出血、感染等并发症的发生。Objective To observe the nursing practice of jugular vein catheter in liver failure patients with artificial liver treatment.Methods Clinical data of 55 patients with liver failure who were put jugular vein catheter and treated with routine artificial liver were analyzed retrospectively.Results All patients were successfully carried jugular vein catheter surgery.There were four cases with bleeding occurring at intubation;1 patient after puncture suffered subcutaneous emphysema and other symptomatic treatment was conducted by local compression to stop bleeding,and then subcutaneous emphysema gradually disappeared.All the 5d bacterial culture results of venous catheters after extubation were negative.Conclusion Patients with liver failure targeted jugular vein catheter care,which can effectively help patients with liver failure through artificial liver treatment,reduce the complications of targeted jugular vein catheter.
