氩氦刀冷冻联合CIK细胞免疫治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨氩氦刀冷冻联合CIK细胞免疫治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效及对免疫功能影响。方法将该院收治的90例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为单纯氩氦刀组(A组)30例,单纯CIK治疗组(B组)30例,氩氦刀联合CIK治疗组(C组)30例,观察其临床疗效、生活质量变化及免疫功能等相关指标。结果 A组与C组对非小细胞肺癌疗效相当,差异不具有显著性(P>0.05),但疗效均显著优于B组(P<0.05)。治疗后三组患者的KPS评分较治疗前均有明显的增加(P<0.05),C组的KPS评分明显高于其他两组(均P<0.05)。三组淋巴细胞亚群检查显示,C组的CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+细胞也较A组和B组有明显改善(均P<0.05)。B组患者出现发热等不良反应发生率明显低于其他两组(均P<0.05)。结论氩氦刀联合CIK细胞治疗非小细胞肺癌具有协同作用,可以提高对肿瘤的杀伤效果,且能显著增强患者的免疫功能。[ Objective ] To investigate the cryoablation combined CIK cell immunotherapy of non-small cell lung cancer and its impact on immune function. [ Methods ] The hospital treated 90 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into cryoablation group （group A） 30 cases, simple CIK treatment group（ group B） 30 cases , cryosurgical CIK combined treatment group （group C, n =30）, clinical efficacy , quality of life and immune function changes and other related indicators were evaluated. [ Results ] Group Aand group C of non-small cell lung cancer were the same without significant difference（P 〉0.05）, but the effects were significantly better than group B （P 〈0.05）. After three groups of patients before treatment KPS score were significantly increased compared with treatment（P 〈0.05）, group C KPS score was significantly higher than the other two groups（both P 〈0.05）. Three examinationsshowed lymphocyte subsets, CD3 group of C＋, CD4＋, CD8＋, CD4＋/CD8＋ cells compared with group A and group B had significantly improved（all P 〈0.05）. Group B patients with fever and other adverse reactions were significantly lower than the other two groups （both P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] CIK cells combined cryosurgical treatment of non- small cell lung cancer have a synergistic effect, can improve the antitumor effect, and can significantly enhance the immune function of patients.
