放疗联合热疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移性骨痛的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的评价放疗联合热疗治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移性骨痛的近期疗效及安全性，为临床实践与研究提供参考。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMBASE、webofScience、CENTRAL、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、维普中史科技期刊数据库及万方数据知识服务平台，同时辅以其他检索。收集所有比较放疗联合热疗与单纯放疗的随机对照试验（RCTs）。选择适合该研究特点的质量评价标准对纳入文献进行质量评价，使用RevMan5．2．6软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入5篇RCT（329例患者）。放疗联合热疗组的近期疼痛缓解率以及活动能力改善均明显高于单纯放疗组，差异有显著性。OR（95％CI）值分别为6．67（3．42-12．98）和5．70（1．97—16．48）；放疗联合热疗组与单放组毒副反应两组病例在治疗过程中均未见明显副反应。结论相较于单纯放疗，放疗联合热疗能提高患者近期疗效，改善生活质量，而且并不增加毒副反应。[ Objective ] The short-term efficacy and safety of the treatment of malignant hyperthermia radiotherapy for metastatic bone pain were evaluated , to provide reference for clinical practice and research. [Methods] We searched PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, CENTRAL, SinoMed, CNKI, VIP Chinese Scientific Journals Database, Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform, supplemented by other retrieval. All studies were collected, hyperthermia and radiotherapy with radiotherapy alone in randomized controlled trials （RCTs）were compared. The quality evaluation standards were selected, whichbeing suitable for the characteristics of this study, analyzed by RevMan5.2.6 Meta-analysis software. [Results] Five randomized controlled studies were considered. The recent pain relief and improvement in activity of radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia group were significantly higher than those of radiotherapy groupalone. The difference was statistically significant （OR 6.67, 95%CI 3.42-12.98; OR 5.70, 95%CI 1.97-16.48）. The two group during treatment showed no obvious adverse reaction. [Conclusion] Compared to radiotherapy, radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia can improve the short-term efficacy in patients , improve the quality of life, but does not increase toxicity.
