摘　　要：针对高校科研工作的日益细化与繁杂,现有办公软件已不能满足逐日增多的科研信息量管理的状况,提出开发一款科研管理系统软件,并建立完善的科研管理机制,构建数字化环境下科学的科研体系.With the increasing development of scientific research of the colleges and universities in terms of detail and complication, the existing office software can no longer meet the demands of the daily expanding number of scientific research information management. In view of this perspective, this paper puts forward the idea of developing management system software of scientific research system, establishes a perfect scientific management mechanism, and constructs a scientific research system under digital environment.
