摘　　要：目的探讨大肠癌组织中CD147的表达及其临床意义。方法将50例大肠癌手术标本、10例相应癌旁及14例正常大肠组织制成组织芯片,将17例活检腺瘤标本进行常规切片,应用免疫组化SABC法研究CD147的表达。结果CD147在大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为80%,明显高于正常大肠组织的35.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),大肠癌与腺瘤性息肉76.5%、癌旁70%之间差异无统计学意义。CD147的表达与Dukes分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与患者的性别、年龄及组织学分级无关。结论CD147在大肠癌组织中表达增高,可能在大肠癌发生、发展、转移中起重要作用,有望成为大肠癌早期诊断的新指标。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of CD147 protein in human colorectal carcinoma.Methods Expression of CD147 protein was examined by tissue microarray techniques and immunohistochemical SABC method in specimens of 50 cases of colorectal carcinoma,17 cases of adenoma,10 cases of adjacent normal mucosa and 14 cases of normal colorectal mucosa tissue.The relationship between CD147 protein expression and clinicpathological factors in colorectal carcinoma was also analyzed.Results In colorectal carcinoma,the positive expression rate of CD147 was 80%,while 76.5%in adenoma and 70%in normal tissue,showing the expression of CD147 protein in cancer tissue was significantly different to that in normal tissue 35.7%（P〈0.05）,but no difference to that in adenoma tissue.The expression of CD147 protein in colorectal carcinoma was significantly correlated with lymph node metastasis.and dukes stages（P〈0.05）,but not with gender,ages and histological grade.Conclusion Over expression of CD147 is found in colorectal carcinomal.CD147 protein may play an important role in the tumor development and tumor metastasis in colorectal carcinoma and is expected to become a new index for the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer.
