摘　　要：基于对冷轧带钢厚度控制系统的研究,给出了厚度控制的数学模型。利用MATLAB进行仿真实验,通过OPC技术实现模型与WINCC间实时数据通信,建立了控制过程动态模型,并组态界面进行监控。Based on studying the control system of cold rolled strip,the paper presents the mathematic model of thickness control. We carry out the simulation experiment with MATLAB,realize the real-time communication between the model and WINCC by means of OPC. technology,and then establish the dynamic model of control process,and monitor the configuration interface.
