关于提高护士情商应用能力的对策思考

摘　　要：在护理实践中运用护士情商,是适应现代护理模式发展的需要。护士情商是在护理服务过程中体现的一种情绪情感,直接影响患者对护理质量的满意度。就护士情商的作用展开了讨论,从内外结合角度提出了培养稳定的职业心理品质,广泛开展护士情商训练,关注护士生存发展环境等三个对策来提高护士情商应用能力。In nursing practice,nurses＇ EQ application is the need for the development of modern nursing mode.Nurses＇ EQ is a kind of emotion reflected in the process of nursing service.It directly affects the patients＇ satisfaction with nursing quality.This paper discusses the role of nurses＇ EQ,and from the perspective of internal and external integrations,it proposes three countermeasures to enhance the ability of nurses＇ EQ applications,which are to develop stable professional psychological quality,to carry out a wide range of nurses＇ EQ training and to pay close attention to nurses＇ survival and development of the environment.
