摘  要:目的开发研制高中生健康素养评价问卷并检验问卷的信、效度,为形成高中生健康素养评价工具奠定基础。方法结合文献回顾、定性访谈、专家咨询与现场调查验证等方法,研制高中生健康素养评价问卷。采用分层随机整群抽样方法,选取北京市1 489名高中生进行测试,采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果高中生健康素养问卷维度的构成包括健康知识、健康理念、健康技能和健康行为4个方面。问卷总体的内部一致性信度系数为0.739,重测信度为0.716(P〈0.01)。问卷各维度与问卷总体的相关系数在0.511~0.800之间(P值均〈0.01)。健康技能维度下的结构效度分析提取2个公因子,累计方差贡献率为37.68%,与中国公民健康素养调查问卷的标准效度系数为0.716(P〈0.01)。结论研制的高中生健康素养评价问卷具备明确的逻辑框架和较好的信、效度。Objective To develop Health Literacy Assessment Questionnaire for high school students.Reliability and validity of this questionnaire was evaluated.Methods According to a standard procedure,the Health Literacy Assessment Questionnaire for high school students was developed through systematic review,qualitative interviews,expert consultation and field study.Reliability and validity was evaluated in 1489 high school students.SPSS 13.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results The questionnaire consists of four factors,including health knowledge,attitude,skill and health behavior.Cronbach's α was 0.739,test-retested reliability was 0.716(P〈0.01).The correlation coefficient of total questionnaire and each sub-scale was 0.511-0.800(P〈 0.01).Factor analysis showed that two common factors were extracted and the cumulative variance contribution was 37.68%;the coefficient of criterion validity was 0.716(P〈 0.01).Conclusion The questionnaire for assessing health literacy of high school students developed by our research possesses a distinct rational framework and satisfactory reliability and validity.
