摘　　要：目的了解昆山市公办小学和流动人口子女小学卫生保健现状,为分类指导学校开展突发公共卫生事件防控工作和制定措施提供科学依据。方法选择昆山市13所公办小学、13所流动人口子女小学,采用自行设计制定"学校卫生保健现状调查问卷",内容包括组织管理、学校基本情况、日常工作、卫生室、食品安全等。结果 21个学校组织管理条目中,有6条符合率公办学校高于民办学校;13个学校基本情况条目中,有6条符合率公办学校高于民办学校;23个日常工作基本情况条目中,有11条符合率公办学校高于民办学校;13个学校卫生室条目中,有9条符合率公办学校高于民办学校;17个食品安全情况条目中,有1条符合率公办学校高于民办学校,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论流动人口子女小学卫生保健现状堪忧。需进一步加强管理与监督机制,加强措施落实责任制和考核机制。Objective To understand the difference of present situation of health care for preventing and controlling public health emergency events between in public primary school and migrant children school in Kunshan city.Methods Thirteen public and thirteen migrant children primary school were chosen to survey by self-made questionnaire including organization management,basic health situation,routine work,infirmary,food safety,etc.Results Correct rate of organization management,basic health situation,routine work,infirmary in public schools was higher than that in migrant children primary school,food security was vulnerable in migrant children primary school.Conclusion The migrant children＇s health status is not optimistic.Management and supervision mechanism should be further strengthened to enhance the health care current situation in migrant children primary school.
