摘  要:以几种常见农作物材料(包括大麦秆、小麦秆、水稻秆、大豆杆、大豆荚、油菜杆和玉米秆)及茶叶为材料,检测它们在灭菌前、后的抑藻效果以及抑藻特性。结果表明:大麦秆、水稻秆、大豆杆、大豆荚和茶叶浸提液对铜绿微囊藻生长都有明显的抑制效果,但灭菌后大麦秆、水稻秆、大豆杆和大豆荚的抑藻效果大大降低,均低于50%。茶叶浸提液在灭菌前、后的抑藻效果一样,而且低浓度的茶叶具有持续、良好的抑藻效果。不同品种的茶叶均具有良好的抑藻效果,对于初始浓度为106mL-1的铜绿微囊藻培养液,6种绿茶的抑藻效果都接近100%,红茶的抑藻效果低于绿茶。放置2年的陈旧茶叶也具有很好的抑藻效果,12 d时0.1 g·L-1茶叶浸提液的抑藻率为43%,0.2 g·L-1茶叶浸提液的抑藻率为92%,质量浓度大于0.4 g·L-1浸提液的抑藻率接近100%。这表明茶叶浸提液对微囊藻的抑制效果明显优于其他蓝藻和绿藻。结论:富含多酚的茶叶浸提液是一种安全高效的有害蓝藻抑制剂。Eight kinds of plant materials,including barley straw,wheat straw,rice straw,soybean pod,soybean stalk,cole stalk,corn straw and tea,were examined to determine their inhibitory effects on Microcystis aeruginosa.The inhibitory effects of sterilized plant extracts were compared with those of the unsterilized extracts.The inhibitory characteristics of tea extract was examined. The result showed that most of the plant extracts could decrease the number of cyanobacteria,in which barley,rice,soybean materials and tea had high efficiency.The inhibitory rate of sterilized extracts of crop stalks decreased significantly in comparison to the unsterilized extracts.But the sterilized extract of tea had almost the same inhibitory efficiency as the unsterilized.Moreover,the tea extract at low concentration had a sustaining and steady inhibitory function.All kinds of tea extracts could control the growth of M.aeruginosa.The inhibitory rate of green tea extract was nearly 100% with little distinction between the different species,which was higher than that of black tea.In addition,the tea of 2-year storage also had high inhibitory rate,which was 43% at 0.1 g·L-1dry tea,92% at 0.2 g·L-1and 100% at 0.4 g·L-1after a 12-day culture.Tea extract had much higher inhibitory rate on Microcystis than other algae.Conclusions: tea is determined as a kind of high efficient and eco-friendly algicide.
