摘 要:为研究不同精粗比日粮对山羊内脏氨基酸吸收与代谢的影响,选择6头平均体质量为40 kg的非泌乳山羊采用随机交叉试验设计评价日粮对内脏[门静脉排流组织(PDV)和肝脏]氨基酸吸收与代谢规律。分别在动物肠系膜静脉、门静脉、肝静脉与股动脉安装慢性多血管瘘用于采集血样,氨基马脲酸(PAH)用于血流量测定。试验日粮分高精料组(HC)和高粗料组(HF),2组饲料的精饲料和粗饲料分别占60%与40%和40%与60%。每个试验期的最后3 d于动物采食前(0 h)和采食后2、4、6、8 h分别从门静脉、肝静脉与股动脉采集血样。结果显示:与HF日粮相比,HC日粮显著提高门静脉与肝静脉血浆流量(P<0.05),显著提高门静脉血浆中Arg、His、Ile、Met、Thr与Val等必需氨基酸(EAA)以及Ala、Cit、Orn、Ser与Tyr等非必需氨基酸(NEAA)的浓度(P<0.05),增加门静脉支链氨基酸(BCAA)、总必需氨基酸(TEAA)(P<0.05)及趋向提高总氨基酸(TAA)(P=0.07)浓度。除Glu被PDV组织清除外,PDV组织净释放其他所有的氨基酸;并且HC日粮显著增加PDV中Leu、Lys、Met、Phe、Thr等EAA以及Ala、Cit、Ser、Tyr等NEAA流量(P<0.05),提高PDV中BCAA(P=0.05)、TEAA(P=0.05)与TAA(P<0.05)的流量。肝脏除净释放Asp、Glu与Orn外,净摄取其他氨基酸。HC日粮显著增加肝脏对His、Leu、Lys、Thr、BCAA与TEAA摄取量。结论:HC日粮能够增加动物整个内脏的BCAA、TEAA、总非必需氨基酸(TNEAA)及TAA的释放量。The experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of diets of different concentrate to forage ratio on splanchinc absorption and metabolism of amino acids in goats.Six nonlactating goats(average weight 40 kg) were used in a randomized crossover trial to determine the splanchnic absorption and metabolism of amino acid in goats fed different concentrate to forage diet.Chronic catheters were established in mesenteric,portal,and hepatic vein,and femoral artery for collecting blood samples,and the plasma flow was measured by using p-aminogippurric acid. The experimental diets consisted of forage and concentrate which were of 60%(concentrate) and 40%(forage)(high concentrate,HC) or 40%(concentrate) and 60%(forage)(high forage,HF),respectively.Blood samples were simultaneously taken from the portal,hepatic and arterial cathers at 0 h,before feeding,2,4,6 and 8 h after feeding.The results showed that the portal and hepatic plasma flows increased markedly(P0.05),the portal concentration of essential amino acids(EAA) of arginine,histidine,lysine,methionine,phenylalanine,threonine,nonessential amino acids(NEAA) of alanine,citrulline,serine,tyrosine,and branched-chain amino acids(BCAA),total essential amino acids(TEAA) increased(P 0. 05),and portal total amino acids(TAA) tended to increased(P = 0.07) in HC diet than HF diet.All amino acids were released by the portaldrained viscera(PDV),except glutamate,which was removed by PDV.The PDV fluxes of EAA of leucine,lysine,methionine,phenylalanine and threonine(P0.05),NEAA of alanine,citrulline,serine and tyrosine(P0.05),BCAA(P = 0.05),TEAA(P = 0.05) and TAA(P0.05) were increased in HC diet compared to HF diet.Except aspartic acid,glutamate and ornithine were released by the liver,other amino acids were removed by liver,and the liver removal of individual AA were increased(P0.05) for histidine,leucine,ly-sine,threonine,BCAA and TAA in HC diet.
