摘　　要：面对高等教育事业发展中存在的问题,高校应加强内部行政管理工作的调整与改革,为广大师生创建优越的教学环境,在符合专业知识教学要求的前提下,编制出更加切实科学的管理方案,提出优化行政管理模式的相关策略。行政管理是高校内部调控的重要手段,坚持行政管理科学化改革是未来教育事业发展的必然趋势。According to the problems in the development of higher education,colleges should strengthen the adjustment and reform of the internal administrative management work and establish an excellent education environment. On the premise of meeting the demands of professional knowledge teaching,colleges should compile a practical and scientific management plan,and come up with some strategies which could optimize the mode of administrative management. Administrative management is an important way of the internal control in colleges. Scientific reform of administrative management is an inevitable trend of future education development.
