摘　　要：高校后勤社会化改革是高校后勤发展的组成部分,是关系到高校稳定的重要举措。应结合学校自身实际情况,通过对后勤资源的科学整合,进一步引进社会优质资源,加强职工队伍建设,构建新型的高校后勤保障体系,以满足师生日益提升的生活服务要求,稳定后勤队伍,在公益化、服务性的后勤发展中突破瓶颈,达到师生、学校、后勤职工三方共赢。Socialized reform of college logistics is a part in the development of college logistics,and is related to the stability of colleges. Colleges should further introduce social high-quality resources,strengthen staff team construction,establish a new college logistics system based on its own actual situation,so that to meet the increasing service requirements of teachers and students,stabilize logistics team,and to achieve tripartite benefit for colleges,teachers and students in the logistic development.
