摘  要:以绿色环保发酵生产提取剑麻(Agave sisalana perr.ex Engelm)总皂苷为目标,采集土壤样品,对菌株进行初筛和复筛得到1株菌株,编号JMZ-N06。通过料液比、发酵温度、发酵时间、发酵液初始pH四因素三水平的正交试验,确定了该菌的最适发酵条件为料液比1∶20(g∶mL),发酵时间60 h,发酵温度32℃,发酵液初始pH 6.0。To environmentally ectract total saponins from Agave sisalana perr.ex Engelm , one strain of No. JMZ-N06 was obtained after twice screen from hundreds of soil samples. The optimal fermentation conditions were determined by orthogonal test of three levels and four factors including ratio of material to liquid, fermentation temperature, fermentation time, initial pH in fermentation broth. The results showed that the yield of total saponins from Agave sisalana perr.ex Engelm was 142.5 mg∕g when fermented 60 h under 32℃ with the material to liquid ratio of 1:20(g:mL) and initial pH of 6.0.
