摘　　要：研究了由一个供应商和多个零售商所组成的供应链中在发生突发性事件的情况下如何进行协调的问题,首先从平稳运行的供应链着手,分析了收益共享契约是如何帮助其实现协调的,接着分别研究了集成化供应链和分散化供应链中有突发事件发生时,供应商生产成本和零售商市场需求规模发生变化时的协调问题,分别建立了供应商和零售商的利润函数,并从生产成本、市场需求规模这两个基本参数的变化出发研究了供应链整体利润的最优问题,设计了改进的收益共享契约来实现供应链的协调以增强其抵抗突发事件的能力。In this paper, we studied how to coordinate the operations of one supplier and multiple retailers in the event of outbreak incidents in the supply chain composed by the forementioned parties, established the profit function of the supplier and the retailers respectively, analyzed the optimal overall profit level of the supply chain from the angles of production cost and market demand scale, and at the end, designed a modified revenue sharing contract to coordinate the supply chain and reinforce its resistance against outbreak incidents.
