摘 要:对某型号列车车辆下部设备安装的过渡件进行结构分析,发现结构强度冗余较大.为提高材料使用率,减小列车整车整备质量,开展结构轻量化设计研究并提出改进措施.对常用底架设备安装方式进行有限元分析,利用OptiStruct对过渡件进行拓扑优化.根据材料工艺成型特点和结构安全要求对结构进行重新设计,并对新结构进行形状优化,获得最佳优化效果的结构设计方案.It is found that there is large structural strength redundancy according to the analysis on the equipment installation attachments below the underframe of a certain type of railway vehicle. In order to improve material utilization and reduce the complete curb mass of train, the structural lightweight design is researched and the improvement measures are proposed. The finite element analysis is performed on the common equipment installation pattern and the topology optimization is performed on the attachments by OptiStruct. The structure is redesigned according to the materials forming characteristics and structural safety requirements, and finally the optimal structure design scheme is obtained by the shape optimization on the new structure.
