摘　　要：分析大力神杯模型的结构特点,介绍应用UG软件的4轴加工技术对大力神杯模型零件的数控编程、仿真和加工工艺的规划,并分析了数控编程中加工策略的选择及参数的设置,解决了数控编程中倒扣图形的加工工艺难点,取得了良好的加工效果。Based on the analysis of the structural characteristics for world cup model,the software UG Was applied to its Four-axes NC programming、simulation and processing of the planning. The CNC machining programming choices and parameter settings were analyzed,the technology dificulties of processing invert graphics during CNC machining process were solved,a good machining results were achieved.
