摘　　要：高校研究生党建工作是高校党建工作的重要组成部分。研究生作为高层次人才,肩负着社会主义建设和接班人的重要使命。随着改革的不断深入,社会环境发生了深刻的变化,高校研究生党建工作出现一些新的问题,面临一些新的挑战。本文以研究生基层党支部建设为切入点,对研究生党建工作进行探讨和创新研究,力求找出新形势下研究生党建工作的新方式、新方法。University graduate student party builds the job is an important part of the university party building work. Graduate students as a society of high level talents,shoulder the important mission of socialist construction and the successor. With the deepening of the reform,profound changes have taken place in social environment,college graduates appear some new problems in the work of Party building,face new challenges. In order to better adapt to the graduate cultivating model,further strengthen the ideological and political education of graduate students,this article from the construction of graduate student Party branch as the breakthrough point,study and innovation of graduate student party builds the job,a new method for the study of new type student party to build the job to find out under the new situation.
