摘　　要：在研究了位置敏感探测器光斑中心定位理论的基础上,研发了用于学生实验的位置敏感探测器综合实验仪.该实验装置采用硬件和软件2种光斑中心定位方式,能够实现简单、直观、快速、准确的光斑定位与测量.Based on the studies of position sensitive detector light spot center location theory,a comprehensive position sensitive detector experimental device for students was developed.The experimental device had hardware and software spot center positioning of the two methods,it could realize simple,intuitive,rapid,accurate light spot positioning and measurement.
