摘　　要：目的通过对跳绳运动历史溯源及文化底蕴的研究,揭示其运动特点、审视价值,促使花样跳绳能得以很好的传承与发展。方法利用文献资料研究与自身花样跳绳教学与训练实践相结合的方法进行研究总结。结果从花样跳绳运动的历史溯源及文化底蕴、花样跳绳运动的特点及分类、花样跳绳运动的价值审视以及花样跳绳运动的传承与发展四方面对其进行了分析论述。可以简言之,花样跳绳运动依据其动作特点和运动形式,是一项综合了计时计速和花样技巧的运动项目。结论花样跳绳运动有着浓厚的历史文化底蕴,具有简便易行、动作花式多样且安全性高等特点和优点,具有教育、健身健心、观赏竞技、休闲娱乐与城市文化价值。Objective—To reveal the movement characteristics of rope skipping,evaluate the values of rope skipping and urge the fancy rope skipping to be well inherited and developed by studying the history and culture of rope skipping.Methods—The conclusion is drawn by using literature research methods and combining the teaching of fancy rope skipping with practical training.Results—The exposition and analysis are made from the aspects of the historical origins and cultural background,motion characteristics and classification,value examination,the inheritance and development of rope skipping.In short,according to its motion characteristics and movement forms,rope skipping is an athletic event that synthesizes timing counting and pattern.Conclusion—Fancy rope skipping has such features and advantages as rich historical and cultural background,simple and easy to exercise,various action figures and high safety as well as the good values of education,bodybuilding and mental health,enjoyment and athletics,leisure and entertainment and city culture.
