摘　　要：采取单独或集体约谈的无结构访谈方式,对湘西三村女性群体体育参与的目标、情境、规范等进行深度访谈,并对采集的口述历史资料进行话语解构和文化诠释。研究结果表明,村落女性的体育活动参与行为是具有功利性的工具理性行为,主要源于地方政府的干部行为,女性的体育活动参与意识逐渐被唤起,其效果推动着村落女性体育活动参与行为的集体展演。理想中的国家与民众之间,应该是一种相互建构和塑造的逻辑关系。因此,体育文化建设工作应该从"政府管理模式"向"社会治理模式"转型,人的体育活动参与行为应该由"工具理性"向"价值理性"转变。This paper carries out in-depth interviews on female Physical Activities participation goals, situation and specification in Xiangxi three villages by the ways of individually or collectively unstructured interviews and carries out discourse deconstruction and cultural interpretation on collected oral histories data. The result shows that village female Physical Activities participation behavior is instrumental rationality behavior with utilitarian. Its essence is local government that has monopolized the discourse power and formed dominated and governed relationship in the symbolic power and awareness of female＇s participation in Physical Activities is gradually toward to ＂misrecognition＂. However, its effect depends on the mutual ＂collusion＂ of dominator and dominated person promoting collective exhibitions of village female＇s Physical Activities participation behavior. The ideal relationship between the state and the people should be the logic relationship of mutual construction and creation. Therefore, construction work of Physical Activities culture should be transformed from ＂government managing mode＂ to ＂social governing mode＂ and human Physical Activities participation behavior should be changed from ＂instrumental rationality＂ to ＂value rationality＂.
