摘 要:类风湿关节炎不但引起关节的破坏,随着病程的延长会出现关节外病变,其基本病理表现为血管炎,心脏富含丰富结缔组织,从而而心脏受累几率增加,后期易出现心室衰竭,严重影响患者生命,既往研究多是以局部研究为主,缺乏将关节炎和心血管系统结合研究,从整体角度探求类风湿关节心脏损伤的内在机制尤为重要。代谢组学是以生物整体、系统的内源性代谢物质网络为对象,研究类风湿关节炎体系受外部刺激后所产生的所有代谢产物种类、数量及变化规律。因此,将代谢组学与类风湿关节炎心功能损伤的结合研究,势必开拓本领域研究范围。从类风湿关节炎模型系统评价心功能损伤,并从代谢组学技术角度阐述模型大鼠组织、体液样品的前期处理,对大鼠尿液、血液、滑膜及心脏组织的采集与储存方法进行总结。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is not only caused by the destruction of the joints,but appears extra-articular lesions as the extension of course.The basic pathological manifestations are vasculitis that causes cardiac involvement because of heart tissue is rich in connective tissue.Heart disease of RA threatens the people's life and influences patients' quality of life seriously.Previous studies were based on local research-based,and lacked of combining arthritis and cardiovascular.It is important to explore the internal mechanism of rheumatoid heart damage from a holistic perspective.All types of metabolites endogenous metabolites in metabolomics are based on biological overall system network object,study of rheumatoid arthritis system generated by external stimuli,the number and variation.Therefore,the binding studies of metabolomics with rheumatoid arthritis and heart function impairment are bound to open up the scope of the research in the field.This article evaluated the cardiac function from rheumatoid arthritis model,elaborated pre-processing of tissue and body fluids samples of rats from metabolomics technology point of view,and summarized the collection and storage methods of urine,blood,synovial and cardiac tissue in rats.
