艾迪注射液联合GP化疗方案治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察艾迪注射液联合GP化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效。方法:2008年1月—2010年12月收治晚期非小细胞肺癌101例,随机分为艾迪注射液联合GP的化疗组(治疗组)49例,单独GP化疗组(对照组)52例,入组患者至少接受2个周期以上的化疗,观察两组近期疗效、不良反应、生活质量和生存期。结果:其中100位患者随访至死亡或化疗后2年(对照组失访1人),治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为12例(24.5%)和16例(30.8%),中位生存期为15.0个月和15.1个月,1年生存率59.2%和56.8%,两年生存率分别为34.7%和17.6%。两组除中性粒细胞减少存在显著性差异,其他血小板减少、血红蛋白减少、胃肠道反应、肝肾功能损害、皮疹等不良反应发生率的没有显著性差异。结论:艾迪注射液联合GP化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌没有提高患者的近期疗效,但有提高远期疗效和患者的生活质量的趋势,能减少化疗期间中性粒细胞减少的发生率和严重程度。Objective：To observe the effects of Aidi Injection in association with GP regimen in treating patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods：101 patients with confirmed diagnosis of advanced non-small cell lung cancer between January 2008 and December 2010 were assigned to treatment group（Aidi Injection treatment combined with chemotherapy of GP regimen,n = 49） and control group（chemotherapy of GP regimen,n = 52）.All eligible patients received two cycles chemotherapy at least,and the recent curative effect,adverse reaction,quality of life and survival were observed.Results：Among them,100 patients were followed up to death or 2 years after chemotherapy（one patient of control group lost to follow-up）.The effective rate was 24.5% and 30.8% in the treatment group and the control group respectively.The median overall survival（OS） was 15.0 months and 15.1 months and 1-year survival was59.2% and 56.8% and 2-year survival was 34.7% and 17.6%,but there were no significant differences between two groups（P〉0.05）.However,except neutropenia,other adverse reactions,such as thrombocytopenia,hemoglobin,reducing damage,skin rash,gastrointestinal tract reaction,liver and kidney function in the treatment group had no statistical significance differences compared with those in the control group（P〉 0.05）.Conclusion：Though Aidi Injection did not improve the short-term effect of GP regimen,it might have the trend to enhance the forward curative effect and quality of life as well as to reduce the incidence and severity of neutropenia during chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
