摘　　要：高校专利数据可以较好地反映高校科技创新活动的变化。通过对山东省高校的专利数量、专利质量等数据进行调查分析,可以有效地把握高校科技创新活动的本质与规律,为促进山东省高校培养科技创新人才发展提出对策,便于相关部门及时了解高校科技创新动态,为出台扶持高校发展的政策提供科学依据和决策参考,从而进一步促进国家科技创新体系建设。Colleges and universities patents data can better reflect the change of university science and technology innovation activities. Based on the investigation and analysis of the data, the number and quality of patents in universities in shandong province, it can effectively grasp the nature and law of activity of science and technology innovation in collages and universities,proposes measures to promote the development of cultivating science and technology innovation talent of universities in Shandong Province,is convenient for relevant departments to understanding dynamic of the scientific and technological innovation in time, and provides a scientific basis and decision-making reference to support policy of the development of universities, then further promotes the construction of national innovation system of science and technology.
