摘　　要：针对现代企业的设计、制造、管理流程,结合实践教学的特点,设置实习课程内容,让实习学生进行企业岗位角色体验,理解企业管理的内容,进行自我认识与自我定位。同时利用PTC数字化产品创新设计平台提供的各类先进的设计与管理软件,充分锻炼学生的创新实践能力。According to the design, manufacture, modem enterprise management process, combined with the characteristics of practice teaching, setting course content, let students practice for enterprise post role experience, understand the contents of enterprise management, for self understanding and self positioning. All kinds of using innovative design platform of PTC digital products, advanced design and management software, and fully exercise the students ability of innovation and practice.
