摘 要:以8所高校184位二年级林业硕士专业学位研究生为对象,通过问卷的方式调查了他们的培养过程。调查发现,研究生对林业硕士专业学位研究生教育总体上较为满意,普遍认可课程设置和校内导师指导,实践能力明显提高。同时发现,林业硕士专业学位的认知、专业实践环节安排、授课内容与方式、"双导师"队伍建设等很多方面还需要加以改进和完善。提出下一步要重点做好林业硕士专业学位研究生质量提升与宣传工作,构建能够突出实践能力培养的林业硕士课程体系,加强专业实践基地建设,提高专业实践质量,改进考核评价体系,加强校内外导师队伍建设。A questionnairebased survey was conducted of 184 secondyear fulltime masterofforestry students in eight colleges and universities to investigate their training. It was found that they were generally satisfied with their programs, curriculum and supervisors' guidance, and believed that they had improved their practical abilities. It was also discovered that further ef forts would be needed to deepen students' understanding of their professional training, make better internship arrangements, improve the content and methods of teaching, and adopt a dualsupervisor system. It issuggested that the quality elevation and publicity of masterofforestry programs should be emphasized, a curriculum developed with good practical training, better quality internships provided with more bases for practice, assessment systems improved, and on and offcampus supervisor teams strengthened.
