基于因子分析法的城市公共自行车系统公众满意度研究——以江苏无锡为例

摘　　要：公共自行车系统的建设和使用在我国正处于发展阶段,为了改进该系统以便更好地为公众服务并对正准备引入该系统的城市提供经验,本研究在国内外相关研究的基础上,主要采用问卷调查的形式,研究无锡市公共自行车系统的服务现状及公众对它的满意度。利用SPSS18.0对调查的数据进行处理,采用因子分析法从公共自行车的9个观测变量中提炼出三类主成分因子,在此基础上对分析结果进行解释,并结合国内外发展经验提出城市公共自行车系统应由政府主导,公共自行车网点布局、车道建设应该有长远、全面的规划,促进无锡市的公共自行车系统的不断发展,以完善城市公共交通体系。The construction and the use of Public Bicycle System in our country are in a developmental stage .We did a research in order to improve this system so that it can serve people better and provide experience for other cities where the governments want to import this system .We mainly used the form of questionnaire to find out people＆#39;s satisfaction index about PBS in Wuxi and our research is based on the relevant ones at home and abroad.We have used SPSS18.0 to process the survey data and used factor analysis to extract 3 principal component factors from 9 observed varia-bles of PBS.Furthermore, we have interpreted the result of the research based on the above processes.Taking the experience at home and abroad into consideration, we have put forward that PBS should be led by the government and the government should have a long -range and comprehensive plan about the network layout and the construction of lanes for the sake of the development of PBS and the urban public transport system in Wuxi .
