摘  要:结合不同驾驶员意图、整车质量参数和道路状况,制定了人-车-路闭环系统中双离合器式自动变速器车辆的修正型换挡规律。对修正型换挡规律下的系统进行仿真研究表明,该规律有助于消除频繁升降挡现象。基于xPC平台,建立了干式双离合器式自动变速器控制系统的硬件在环仿真试验台。结合复杂路面,采用比例-积分-微分控制器,针对普通和修正型换挡规律两种情况分别进行硬件在环仿真,结果验证了修正型规律有效性,有助于减少作动器的动作次数。In consideration of different driver purposes, vehicle mass and road conditions, a modified shifting schedule for dual clutch transmission(DCT) vehicle in the human-vehicle-road closed-loop system is developed. The DCT system with the modified schedule is simulated and researched which shows that the modified one can eliminate the phenomenon of frequent shifting. Based on xPC platform, the hardware-in-the-loop simulation(HILS) platform for the control system of dry-type DCT is established. Combined with complex road, by means of proportion-integration-differentiation(PID) controller, the vehicle models with normal and modified schedules are simulated, which prove the effectiveness of the modified schedule and the frequent shifting can be avoided.
