摘 要:目的探讨福寿螺多糖对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。方法福寿螺多糖高、中、低剂量饲喂小鼠30 d,并设置对照组,观察小鼠免疫器官指数变化、血清溶血素生成、巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞能力、ConA诱导的淋巴细胞转化能力等4个项目,探讨福寿螺多糖免疫调节作用。结果福寿螺高剂量组小鼠的脾脏指数明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),中、高剂量组小鼠吞噬细胞的吞噬百分率、吞噬指数分别与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。福寿螺中、高剂量组小鼠溶血素吸光度A值与模型组相比差异性显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。福寿螺中、高剂量组ConA诱导的脾淋巴细胞刺激指数与模型组相比有差异性(P<0.05)。结论福寿螺多糖具有提高小鼠免疫功能的作用。Objective To study the modulatory effect of Apple Snail Polysaccharide on the immune function of mice.Methods Mice were cultured with Apple Snail Polysaccharide low,medium and high doses.After 30 days,immune organ indices,serum hemolysin formation,the chickenred blood cell phagocytosis ability macrophages of mouse,lymphocyte proliferation induced by ConA were analyzed.Four immunological indexes were measured to study the immunoregulation effect of Apple Snail Polysaccharide on mice.Results Spleen index of high dose groups is 4.53 ± 2.11; the percentage of phagocytosis and the index of phagocytosis of medium,high dose groups of were 30.12 ± 3.41 and 0.42 ± 0.03,45.03 ± 2.56 and 0.50 ± 0.05 respectively,which was significantly different when compared with those of control group(P 〈 0.05).The hemolysin antibody(A value) of medium,high dose groups was 0.16 ± 0.02and 0.20 ± 0.06 respectively; and spleen lymphocyte proliferation induced by Con A was 1.25 ± 0.04and 1.37 ± 0.03,which was significantly different when compared with that of model group(P 〈 0.05).Conclusions Apple Snail Polysaccharide could improve mice immune function.
