排粪造影结合钡灌肠检查在便秘患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨排粪造影结合钡灌肠在便秘患者检查中的应用。方法:对72例便秘患者进行排粪造影结合钡灌肠检查并对结果进行分析。结果:72例患者中69例有异常X线表现,仅3例未见异常,其中直肠前突32例,直肠黏膜脱垂、内套叠63例,会阴下降18例,盆底痉挛综合征5例,耻骨直肠肌综合征2例,内脏下垂11例(其中2例横结肠下垂),乙状结肠疝1例,乙状结肠冗长4例。其中多种异常表现并存50例。结论:排粪造影结合钡灌肠检查对便秘患者的诊断具有重要价值。Objective： To explore the application of defecography with barium enema for the diagnosis in the constipation.Method： 72 patients with dysporia underwent defecography with barium enema.Result： 3 patients were normal in X-way imaging, 69 patients were abnormal in X-way imaging. Among them, 32 patients were rectocele, 63 patients were rectal mucosa prolapse and indigitation, 18 patients were perineum descent, 5 patients were spastic pelvic floor syndrome, 2 patients were musculus puborectalis syndrome, 11 patients were splanchnoptosis（including 2 cases with transverse colon prolape）, 1 patient was sigmoid hernia, 4 cases with sigmoid colon tediously long. 50 patients had several abnormal signs simultaneously.Conclusion：Defecography with barium enema plays an important role in the diagnosis in the constipation.
