摘  要:随着人们环保意识的增强以及消费理念的改变,传统的人工栽培蔬菜产业已不能满足人们的需求,而野生蔬菜固有的功效和特点恰可以弥补其不足。为了促进我国食用野生蔬菜的开发与利用,通过对人工栽培蔬菜过程中存在的主要问题及食用野生蔬菜的作用进行综述,详细分析了野生蔬菜的开发与利用措施,以期可以满足人们不断提高的生活水平。With the enhancement of environmental protection consciousness and the change of consumption concept,the traditional artificial cultivated vegetables industry couldn't satisfy the demands of people,however the functions and characteristics of wild vegetables can make up for the shortage.For the promotion of the development and utilization of edible wild vegetables,though the summary of main problems existing in the process of artificial cultivation vegetables,as well as its function,the measures for development and utilization of wild vegetables were analyzed in detail,so as to meet the requirements to improve living standard for people.
