存活素、细胞S相激酶相关蛋白2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨存活素(Survivin)基因和细胞S相激酶相关蛋白2(Skp2)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其意义。方法收集60例非小细胞肺癌患者的肺癌组织标本和40例癌旁正常肺组织标本,采用免疫组化技术检测标本中Survivin和Skp2的表达,并分析其与患者的临床病理之间的关系。结果 Survivin、Skp2在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达率高于癌旁正常肺组织(P<0.05)。肺癌患者Skp2阳性率与肺癌组织学病理类型、分化程度高低、TNM分期、是否伴随淋巴结转移、吸烟与否及Survivin表达有关(P<0.05)。非小细胞肺癌组织Survivin与Skp2的表达呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 Survivin、Skp2过度表达可能参与非小细胞肺癌的发生发展,检测肺癌组织Survivin与Skp2的表达有助于临床诊治肺癌患者和判断预后。Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Survivin and S-phase kinase-associated protein-2（ Skp2） in non-small cell lung cancer. Methods The specimens were collected from 60 cases of non-small cell lung cancer tissues and 40 cases of adjacent normal lung tissues,immunohistochemistry was used to test the expressions of Survivin and Skp2 in the specimens,and the relationship of the expressions with clinical pathology was analyzed.Results The expression rates of Survivin,Skp2 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent normal lung tissues（ P 〈 0. 05）. The positive rate of Skp2 in patients with lung cancer correlated with lung cancer pathological type,differentiation degree,TNM staging,lymph node metastasis,smoking and Survivin expression（ P 〈 0. 05）.There was a positive correlation between Survivin expression and Skp2 expression in non-small cell lung cancer（ P 〈 0. 05）.Conclusion Overexpressions of Survivin,Skp2 may be involved in the occurrence and development of non-small cell lung cancer,the detection of the expressions of Survivin and Skp2 in lung cancer tissues can benefit the diagnosis and prognosis of lung cancer patients.
